Every good story has a devout hero, saving the day, and getting the girl…or guy, but every great story has an onslaught of evil, insane, villains trying to murder them and destroy their livelihood. Personally, I believe that villains make the story. After all, bad is a just matter of opinion anyway right?
The “Bad” Guys
- Chernobog the Emperor – Devil
- Barbarossa the Frozen Death – Devil
- Ephedra the goddess of the Underdark – Devil
- Gremory the Haunted One – Devil
- Vessago the Liar – Devil
- Colas the Giant – Devil
- Draven the Fell-Bladed – Devil
- Abbagore the Exiled One – Demon
- Bela the Ever-changing – Demon
- Malimas the Diseased – Demon
It should be pretty obvious that these are the bad guys. I should point out however, that even though they seem like they are the same thing, devils and demons are two different types of creatures. If you follow the classic RPG alignment scale, devils fall under lawful evil and demons fall under chaotic evil. I think once I go in depth into each of the “bad” guy’s backstories and principles you will understand it a bit better.
Also of note, I enjoy a bit of demonology, so if some of these names seem familiar that is because they may draw inspiration from real life devils and demons. What can I say? I am a connoisseur of villains. Like I said, every story needs a evil person to ruin someones day.
Again sorry for the short post. There will definitely be more to follow on the “bad” guys of Fenwrath. I am also working through the “neutral” guys of Fenwrath, so stay tuned for that. For now just let your imagination run wild and thank you for wasting your time here. 🙂
